I telephoned my boss an hour ago to say the snow was thawing & I could come to work but he said i was to stay at home. I got the bestest boss ever, but it doesn't stop me from feeling guilty. I will do double work tomorrow lol

Yes he is John Arthur Lee born 1901 in Willesden but as Willesden altered from time to time some records might Hendon.
He died young not sure what age but it was before 1911.
I paid my subs to DFHS just before Christmas but didn't get a card this time, I think the Magazines go out to those living abroad first before we get them.

On the same page listed is John Arthur Lee born Sheffield 1901with a X next to his entry.
On the bottom of the page is hand written John A Lee Willesden 1901.

Now it also appears to have happend to another male. that he has a X by his name that is printed and is also hand written on the bottom of the page with another Area of birth.

So I was wondering if you where aware of that ?

I know there are two John A Lee on the page one is Willesden but the other one had a different letter on it .with an S so this must be the Sheffield one.
I am getting a headache now.

For Absalom I tried the war graves and got nowhere. I tried looking for my Walter Lee RN Petty Office 1st Class who won the DSM and was invalided out of the RN in July 1918 and died December 1918 and have got nowhere with that either cannot find any other information about him just have a Wingfield Street Landport where the information seem to have come from
so I am at a standstill once again .so I am not sure where I go from here.
I don't like to keep leaving a trying to find on the board .
