Same here that is what woke me this morning.

Thanks for the cuppa. Off to make the real thing for hubby.

Today is the first of 14 off for him, so I might not be around quite so much, even though I only have the one little boy today........................ then he is off for two weeks and doesn't come back til 19th Aug.

Hope everyone else is a bit drier than here. Just heard there's a burst water main on the Sandhurst Road Wokingham to add to peoples woes this morning.

marily i thought you wasent comeing back on though you was bizzy so i was doing course work iv not got that much to do but i carnt be bother to do it but it must be done

I've just got my boy on the special bus that comes for him, we've been trying to get him on for an hour now. Not that he didn't want to go - the stupid lift got stuck and we couldn't get his wheelchair on. Eventually the driver found a hand pump and managed to pump the lift down far enough to get him on, and then pump it up enough to wheel him on the bus.

Linda, I agree with Shelly, get the tooth out!!

Rita, take a mask or ask for one when you're sitting in the waiting area.

Sue, don't' suffer pain, you get no brownie points.

I've got to rush out now, my niece just rang to say she has no milk for the kids and would I bring some over because there are no shops near her. She's got no organisation that girl.

i went to my son school last week and thay seem to be more wurred about his hand writting than his dislexey
and i think i up set the teacher me and me big mouth i dont think befor i speck but thay also dont seem to listen and understand in what im saying then thay make me say the wrong thing so it not my thought is it

ok lets not also let granson age 4 help tp pull the weeds from sunflower bed .

but its ok he only pulled 1 sunflower and he new it was not a weed as he say sorry nanna i think i got 1 of your flowers so i told him to just re plant it so he did but berried it LOL

ill put it back up the right way when thay have gone home as he thinks he has done a good job well he did realy dident he bless him with me big toe up his back side lol

Shelly, when the bus got to the centre they backed another bus up to it and used the lift of that one to get him out. I wasn't worried because I've seen them do that a few times when the lifts have gone. They had to do it at the bottom of my drive one day. Two big white buses back to back, joined together by a lift - looked like the buses were trying to reproduce........LOL

I've been looking after my sister's grandchildren all day, we've baked dozens of cakes, I feel sick now.

LOL Shelly, it's a pity they didn't, the centre could do with some new buses. Would be good if they could breed their own.

I was in for a surpise when I went to St Lukes in Guildford today for my visit to my consultant. we got a space for the car without having to sit for half and hour for one to become vacant.
I was five minutes early signing in than usual. The waiting room was half empty usually the patients are standing even though there are lots of seats.I waited half and hour and got called in to see him. I was out again within 20 minutes I waited 10 minutes for my drugs to be made up and while waiting went and got my next months appointment I was home by 4. o'clock the first time this has happened in the 8 months I have been attending the hospital. I have no idea why there were not many patients could be they were on holiday. but how nice it was to not have to wait hours.
