Marilyn's right Shelly - it might be your thyroid. I've got an under-active thyroid and it makes me lazy and forgetful (well, that's my excuse). If you google it, you'll be able to see if you have any of the symptoms. It's just a blood test, and then tablets for the rest of your life. If you have an under-active thyroid, you get all your prescriptions free because you become exempt. You only have to go once a year for a blood test.

I hate needles as well, my doctor always asks someone to come in and hold me down because I move away as he's trying to stick it in me.

I'm having a problem with Ancestry, it's going slow, in fact it's not moving at all. Can't get it to do anything, it must have a thyroid problem!!!

For goodness sake Shelly its only a little needle........and you've had 6 babies !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! mind boggles !!

Pauline I have just been told I have an under active thyroid just before I came away....So my first visit is to the Doc's next week .... ! had my LITTLE Needle injection (are you listening Shelly ?) a week before I came away and on the day I left Doctors rang to say I need medication ..

So I'm joining the club...LOL

iv also got two tatoos but still dont like needles

It really does do strange things to you though, it makes you forget simple little everyday words. It makes you put weight on as well.

I've just had my smear Shelly, I have to have one every year because one year it wasn't normal. They always make me bleed.
