Hi been watching apprentice, then apprentice your fired.
I think I'm 5 ft 9 & I put on a couple of pounds recently but am just a little over 11 st!!
Now I would never have admitted my weight a couple of years ago but I think I have lost around a stone or more, so am not so bothered now.

Who watched springwatch tonight ? it was sad.
The little dipper chicks & the ringed plover chicks, awww it was sooo sad

well it is bedtime for me. yawn all good people go to bed now!!!!......LOL

Hi Everyone
Bit late today. Been busy in the garden. Husband washing his pride and joy before he went to work(just left). He cut the front grass. Just as well as it looks like the weather will change over the weekend. Managed to tidy up some of the shrubs and borders, so pleased about that.
Hope to do some reading this afternoon keep up what I managed on holiday.
One of you asked about the art projects I have. With the minded children it is almost anything crafty. We make lots of cards, have done sewing, making gifts for mother and fathers day and family birthdays too. Yesterday was blank canvas' and acrylic paints, to their own design.

My own leanings are towards cross stitch, crochet, knitting, card making and our own home decorating. The knitting I am currently undertaking is for charity. Last year I made hats, mittens and scarves posting them to orphanages in Bulgaria. Now I am making jumpers to go out in early September. I love knitting and my own children are now grown and don't need Mums handiwork. So this has been a lovely outlet. Unfortunately the postage is quite high, limiting the size of parcels and how often I can afford to send them too.

I too have big issues with my weight. I am actually just not tall enough.......... but fear that I shall not get any taller, just spread outwards with each year !!

Enjoy today all of you as it will be gone all too soon.

Hi all
my sister came for the day yesterday and we had a nice one. she said when are we going on holiday. I said well leave it till I have been to the hospital for my results Tuesday week. I had a mammagrame done two weeks ago then a Cat Scan one week ago then a warfrin blood test Tuesday.
Nex stop St lukes to see my consultant. I got a letter fro St Peters hospital saying I need to make another blood test appintment for my warfrin on 16th . this is the same time and day I have St Lukes appointmen

I got a letter this morning from Ashford hospital I have to go on the 18th for a Ultra sound on my chest. so I am still having test and worried sick now. when I asked my consultant was my Mammagrame OK he said yes as far I can see but I will make sure. then I get this letter for an Ultra scan
I think he upstair doesnt like me anymore
so I am in the dumps to day.
I did make the effort and cast my vote . I wish we came out of Em.

o dear what have the work men gone and done

there is walter runing down on two side of the tower block from the top floor all the way down to the bottom
and it look like thay have packed up and gone home for the day

and guss whats on the roof yes the walter mains

the walter is running down nere the window looks like it could get in to the flats.

im going to be nose and walk round to see if thay have gone home

well im back and its bad

aparentley from the people that live in flats thay say that there is now some one in there trying to cut off the walter main
thay have been told that some one has nick some of the copper piping and this is what is callsing the leek.

in two mindes wether to beleve this funny the walter only stared when men went home

but we do have a lot of junckis that brak in to empty homes and nick the piping

so who knows

them poor familys that are on that side of flats say even the celing are cracked so the walter is comeing in from there flat as well as runing down the out side of the building

and what about them that are still at work and done even no yet

and why do i not beleve some one has nick the piping cos if not and it the work men fult wouldent thay have to pay out for the damige to poeple flats

but if some one nick piping then people would have to clame on home ensharence

i dont no all i no is that the top of the building were the mains are should be lock at all time and this has nether hapend befor in the flats untill now
its only ever happyend in the empty houses
