Hi all, tea’s cold so I’ve made some more.

(_)? (_)? (_)? l_l? l_l? \_/ [_] {_}?

Had a couple of lads here all morning trying to sort out my aerial.
Some of the channels keep breaking up.

Apparently it's because I’m surrounded by massive trees.
The aerial is now on top of a 10ft mast.
Hope nobody complains about it.
We aren't supposed to have aerials because it lowers the tone.

I’m right handed, by the way!!!

Ok, I'm sure one of you can help me, probably Shelly??
I have what I would say is an short birth cert for my GGGrandfather. It has his Date of birth & place of registration. Actually my own is the same, I think it is the original of when your registered, I digress.
I am thinking of getting the Full/Long version/copy of this, I have emailed the Bristol reg office to find out if the place he was registered came under their area now. They have given me an attachment, as during the war lots of records have been destroyed by bombers.
I think they are basically advising me to order through GRO. I haven't done it this way before(always phoned the places where registered).
I know folk say not to pay more than £7 but I noticed that it says that they are more (can't find it now, I think it was double or more??).
How much have others paid doing it online to GRO??

Dame*Shelly*(

Dame*Shelly*("\(*o*)/") Report 20 Apr 2009 16:20
