Deanna
As im sure you know, My Mum thought the world of you as you did her.
She of all people would understand that it is impossible for you to attend her funeral, but she would know you are paying your last respects with us on the 16th.
You have lost a true friend and my heart goes out to you for your own loss.
I will pm you my email address if you wanted to keep contact.
God Bless
Donna xx

Donna that beautiful eulogy you wrote for your mother touched me so much I cried.
I have cried quite a bit at her death and people could be forgiven for thinking I had lost a sister.
I cannot come to her funeral as I have said, but I will be there in my heart.
God bless you all and be good to eachother, Bernices death has brought home to me... and you I'm sure... just how fragile our little lives are.
Lots of love,
Deanna Allan, and Tony. XXX

A very moving tribute.

I didn't have the honour of knowing Bernice, wish I had, she was obviously an amazing lady, may she rest in peace.

Blessings for you and your family.

Beautiful Joy xx

I can honestly say i am exhausted, but sleep is little and not often.

All of you on here have kept me going this last few days. Although i cry at each message, i smile to. My family have yet to see all of your messages, but i know they will help as they have me xxx

Joy Report 8 Dec 2008 21:24

They are not dead,
Who leave us this great heritage of remembering joy.

They still live in our hearts,
In the happiness we knew, in the dreams we shared.

They still breathe,
In the lingering fragrance, windblown, from their favourite flowers.

They still smile in the moonlight’s silver,
And laugh in the sunlight’s sparking gold.

They still speak in the echoes of the words we’ve heard them say again and again.

They still move,
In the rhythm of waving grasses, in the dance of the tossing branches.

They are not dead;
Their memory is warm in our hearts, comfort in our sorrow.

They are not apart from us, but part of us,

For love is eternal,
And those we love shall be with us throughout all eternity.

Life Goes On

If I should go before the rest of you
Break not a flower
Nor inscribe a stone
Nor when I am gone
Speak in a Sunday voice
But be the usual selves
That I have known

Weep if you must
Parting is hell
But life goes on
So .... sing as well
