So sorry to hear about your mum Donna. Don't remember having any dealings with her myself, but do know that she helped so many people.

Thinking of you and your family at this sad time. I really do know what you are going through, my dad died suddenly in april too. If you want to chat please feel free to get in touch.

Have spoken to Dutch on the phone and she is very upset at the news, she sends her condolences to Bernices family and is thinking of you all.

Donna, I didn't know your mum but she sounds a lovely lady, Dutch speaks highly of her and the help she gave. I would like to add my condolences and my thoughts are with you.

I am so very shocked and saddened to hear this news and my condolences and love go to you and your family Donna.

Your mum helped me on countless occasions and put me in touch with one relative in particular for which i will always be eternally gratefull

So very sorry Donna to hear this news! Your mum was one of the very first people to help me on here and her time and advice was greatly appreciated! If it wasnt for her Id still be stuck in 1891!

I hope the fact that your mum touched the hearts of all of us brings you some comfort in the tough days to follow.

Bernice to me was",what can i say". except that she was alway's willing to help and would go that extra mile.i remember her once telling me how her curiosity would get the better of her,as i had asked for her help with an address that she found for me,i wrote to the family but it was taking ages for them to get back to me.she reasured me and i felt so much more confident,after our little chat.
her memory will live on as she is practically every other message on my thread.

Although, as a "newbie" I didn't speak with your mum she sounded a lovely lady, through reading various threads she obviously helped many find their friends and family.
