Jean Durant Report 22 Nov 2008 12:46

Discharged from hospital yesterday after 25 nightmare days.

Still feeling very tired, weepy and weak but the only way now is UP.

My Italian turned up trumps and although a very large part of my colon has been removed I have got away without a Stoma Bag. He also removed as much as he could of the Carcinoid Cancer in the small bowel and for good measure took out my gall bladder. PHew. Now much of me left now :)

My heartfelt thanks to each and everyone one of you who were thinking of me over all this time and sending me positive thoughts. At one time I really thought I wouldn't make it and I am sure it was all you wonderful people that helped pull me through.

Jean x.
