	Good morning all It's a lovely day here in the north west, there's a lovely glow in the sky, I have now had my hair done and look so much better, a man even looked at me in the supermarket yesterday, my hubby has gone off to see a client, so it's shower, dress,and when he get's back we're off to the Trafford Centre, retail therapy, yahee XX

	um ... tis hard sometimes isn't it lol?! I get on now whereas in the beginning I wouldn't notice the time flying by ... set myself challenges during the day!
