Hello Ann,

it must be such a difficult time for you and I know what you mean about feeling helpless.

I'm sure your mum is taking 1 day at a time and has obviously been so brave and positive, but it's terrible seeing someone you love so much going through this.

Continued prayers and thoughts for your mum and for you.

Love from

Thank you all for your prayers and kind thoughts.
It has been a roller coaster ride since Saturday!
She had a bit of a fall on Saturday after doing too much, it just shook her up but she wasnt hurt. Sunday she had a good day as per my earlier message, but yester day she had a fantastic day and once again did too much walking about ( too much smoking ) and her blood pressure went very low, and she had another nasty fall, she banged her head and twisted her ankle. When I arrived she broke down in tears, it is the first time she has cried, it really upset me.
I have rung this morning and she was up in the night, but she has no pain but has been sick. The have taken her off the morphine driver and have put her back on tablets, so that may be what is making her sick. She hadnt got up when I called and was still sleeping. I feel so helpless, as I have to go to work each day and can only see her in the evenings. It is so hard.
Please continue to pray for her
Many thanks
Ann

Amazing that your Mum found the strength to help at the Christmas fayre even tho she tired herself, hope she is feeling better today and is proud of the help she was able to give to help the hospice. What a lovely positive attitude she has, wish her my best.

Yesterday there was a Christmas Fair at the hospice and mum being mum did too much! she was fine when I left her last night, but had a bit of an upset and collapsed last night, her "old" doctor had her on blood pressure reducing tablets and her blood pressure is dangerously low, and she has to be weaned off them, she is getting there, but she did too much yesterday, she wanted to support the hospice, as it relies on donations!
So today she has been grounded, bed rest, until her blood pressure is more stable, but she was in fantastic spirits today, with no pain or sickess, just frustration of being bed-bound. Her sister camme with me today, and we were delighted with her.
My aunt had a few tears on the way home in the car, out of pure releif, she had expected her to have deteriorated since she last saw her, so I am so pleased.

Please keep up with the prayers and they are working and so needed
love to you all from myself and mum
