I so much don't disagree Anne.

No-one in their right minds wants to see a single child suffer that way.

I'm only trying to point out that the world is far from black and white. We can blame social services until the cows come home, but if they are under-funded (which means, in human terms, that individuals like you and I are worked to the ground) then we really do have to take a modicum of collective responsibility.

So, next time the council tax goes up, let's hear a little less bleating.......

I, in no way, 'blame social services'!

I just feel that if there is any doubt,whatsoever, that a child is in danger that he/she should be removed from it's parents.
