Morning all
from a sticky overcast Adeladie, it looks like it wants to rain but cant quite make up its mind......
had a lovely flying visit to Sydney over the weekend for a girlfriends 60th, I was one of the surprise guests, she still cant get over the fact that I came all the way from South Asutralia just for her birthday ......doh, its not that far.......
we decided we would have a minimalist christmas this year, the tree has been up for abaout a week but no decorations......hehehe will have to add some as it looks very forlorn.......
working right up till at least lunch time on christmas eve, then rush home to get ready for services and peopel visiting......
Wishing all the WATTLERS spouses and families a very jouous Christmas and a safe and peacefull New Year and may 2009 be a great year for all of us.......
Love June (cowgirl in Adeladie)

Have finally got all my seedlings in and they're all staning up like little soldiers.Lots of flowers on the tomatoes too. Need the bees to get busy now. Afternoon all,
had a few words with OPTUS this morning - a very nice techy - don't know if it was what they did or what I did but at least I am back on the net!
Congratulations to Ron and Carol - have just caught up with your news. Such a nice old-fashioned name. They are making a big comeback - along with the more ridiculous celebrity ones.
Can't talk though - have been researching OH's family and one set of parents called their son MANFUL!!! imagine doing that to your poor child!
Enjoying doing my next photobook - it is a FH one for a change :)
Hope your internet connection works out HZ - very important when you are in Katmandu :) LOL Such a pain when they don't work - I even had to do some H....K yesterday!
~~~~~~~~~~~~ will get back on to catch up if i can!
Hi there everyone,
Another damp morning, wonderful! I like this cooler weather plus the long days. My neighbour and I are managing four days a week walking at 6am for 50 minutes and I must say I feel fantastic for it.
To Ron and Carol, please pass on hearty congratulations to your daughter on the safe arrival of baby Abby, may she bring joy to you all, and arriving at this time of year makes Xmas special from now on.
I managed to see the pickles of the weekend bash on the other side, sounds like a fine time was had by all, Sandra that's the first photo I've seen of you, glad you could be there. Loz and TLR are certainly hosts to be admired.
Aren't putas a pain, I am having difficulties with the NAB internet banking at present, said my piece over the phone yesterday afternoon and guess who walked into my office at 9am this morning - TWO of the business banking staff LOL. I then made the call centre call to get my glitch fixed and they had to take over to get it sorted - but it will be, so I'm not too stressed. They expected me to have my original upload disc from 10 years ago to reload the program of course - in their dreams ! Their new connect system gives we a whoowahtsit to generate a new password every 30 seconds so I can use banking with security anywhere in the world, first thing I asked was what happens when we lose our little whoowhatsits? - 'oh, we mail out a replacement whoowhatsit" !!! fat lot of good to me sitting in the Mekong Delta or Bulgaria wanting to manage my business while swanning around the world. The small fact that it doesn't work in my little office where I sit all day every day and have done for 12 years doesn't compute. Think I've said enough pmsl............
I'm hoping to get Ancestry Australia when I renew at Xmas like you did Tony. I have quite a few little details to follow up, found a rellie in the South Perth cemetery and don't know how he got there for instance!! Have to go, carols tonight, damp grass but nice and COOL, will be lovely ( Little Patti) , have a good evening everyone, ~~ Hz
Good afternoon all,
I guess everyone is busy with all those things we all get tied up with leading up to Christmas, I will be glad to get up home and hopefully have some veg out time.
I took a picnic lunch over for TLR today, but all the parks were full of school kids on outings, so we found a park bench over in a new estate near a pond and it was very nice thank you. Even had swans paddling around. Poor TLR was a tad sleepy after sitting in the fresh air and would have prefered to come home have anap . . . but I bundled him back to the office . . . he has to get his jobs done so we can get away on the weekend . . teeheee
I'm still having heaps of problems with some sites . . . but canny find what the trub is - so will just put up with it for now.
Hope your all having a wonderful Wednesday . . and giving the grin gear a good workout
L xo
