Got my 12 year olds contract phone insured.He lost his phone monday.I put in a claim and was told i cant claim as i never reported it to the police.I did report it but our police station does have nothing to do with mobile losses or thefts.Told the woman on the phone and she has put, its not been reported as i dont have a crime number.Check with your police station before insuring your phone.
