	Hi everybody Nice to see the over fifty club thread still going strong No more disco dancing...no boppin' that's for sure I tried to do it late last night ended mangled on the floor The legs they went all wobbly, me head it still feels numb I've been stuck here since 3 o'clock, in agony on me bum I know Travolta did it and boy did he look nifty But I should really give it up as I am now past fifty

	Good to note no one's reported flat feet, varicose veins, piles, hernia, prolapse. Wer'e alright considering, aren't we ?

Have just inspected my body, I have found a few blemishes.No prolapses,hernias or piles that I know of,flat feet a possibility(that's why I waddle to the loo in the morning),maybe a few little veins showing,couple of those liver spots on my hands and my eyebrows seem to now have a life of their own.I feel a trip to have eyebrows sorted.maybe a little botox in my my frown lines.Mmmm what else I wonder.

	Helen. apart from a gammy knee I've been spared all the rest. Brown hair went grey, thin at the back, missing a few teeth but have enough remaining
