Thanks for keeping an eye on her, and I agree that giving out Deanna's address is wrong as she is such a private person and wouldn't like the idea of too many people having it no matter how well meaning.

Deanna's son Tony, has sent this meassage.

Thanks to everyone for your messages. My mum is able to read now (though she can get confused about what she is reading), but I have printed the messages and taken them to her, it will probably take her some time to read and understand them all. With regards to cards and flowers etc they are not allowed on the ward she is on due I think to special measures regarding infection risk. If Anyone who has her address wants to send a card I'm sure she will appreciate it when she either comes home or is moved. She is also on fairly restricted visiting for the time being.

your right as Allan her hubby is,nt well and i think it gets bit to much for the family,but if i here anything else will let you all no,will leave it for afew days then ring and find out how Deanna is getting on,praying this loverly lady gets thru this,its times like these we need to pass our strength on to her

At this moment in time to many people indivually contacting the family will just swamp them when they least need it and don't have the time to deal with it. So I am quite happy to leave it to those of you who knew her better than me. Just keep us posted.

Is the hospital called Kettering or does it have another name as Kettering is a place,?
