what will happen next week? they made the right decision tonight, but next week is going to be tough cos they are all excellent - I have been rooting for Austin and Erin since day 1 but now feel Rachel and Vincent may beat them to it - glad I'm not a judge |

It was difficult to judge because of the different style of dancing but I guessed the judges would save Rachel. I think they made the right decision. Going to be hard next week though, all the good ones left now. |

I think that was a foregone conclusion tonight, don't you? Rachel and Vincent were the better dancers in the dance off. |

Agree - Rachel and Vincent are excellent, but with Christine, she may stay simply because she appears to have the whole of Ireland behind her!!!! |

I really liked Austin's paso doble. It really depicted the matador and the bull and the music was more authentic. |

Poor old Christine, the black dress did nothing for her. She is so bubbley, and they dressed her like Morticia in the Munsters. |

Much as I like Christine I think that she is outclassed by the others. She must be finding it increasingly difficult to raise her game. |

well I've just watched the highlights and to be honest, I thought all the routines were good tonight, considering that all the celebs had to learn and remember 2 routines, but I think that the dance off will be between Rachel and Christina. If that is the case then I think the judges will go and save Rachel, due to the fact that she has been the more consistant of the 2 of them. |

I think they are all at such a similar stage now that it is getting very difficult. I enjoyed rachel and Lisa's first dances, didn't think christine was that good and the rest of the dances difficult to choose between them. anybody's guess tonight, depends who the public like, not how ell they thought they danced so who knows. |

Well things are hotting up arn't they. Quite an interesting night. I see Rachel is in the dreaded 'middle of the leaderboard' spot and will need her supporters in droves, Christine looks in a perilous position but her supporters could easily bail her out again, I enjoyed Austen's paso although I agree with Len to a degree that the first part asked nothing of him other than strutting about but he did get into the spirit of the dance and brought it alive, Tom, although he isn't my favourite by a long way, disappointed me a little with his samba - somehow I thought he would be better at it than he was and unfortunately Lisa's cha cha cha did nothing for me although it got great comments from the judges. I think any one of them could go tonight depending on how their supporters turn out and pick up that phone. I've done my bit and placed my favourite 5 votes. Hope you all enjoyed the show. |

Hi Tess - yes I did see John Bighead Barrowman and wished he was fitted with an on/off switch. I could have got rid of him then !! Perhaps he thinks he can do better than both the lads - I think not, I remember him being on Dancing on Ice and he went out quite early !! |

I think tonights results all depends on the stamina of the contestants as they face doing two dances. At the moment it looks like it is anybody's |

Just read an article in the Daily Mail indicating that Karen Hardy may quit Strictly and seems to suggest it is because of Gary Rhodes !! Anyway it also covers some of Karens life and apparently she has had cancer and is in remission. If you want to read it, this is the link |
