when is the wedding? did you say - sorry but not time to read right back.

Another idea! which could look absolutely super - a horse and carriage to take you to the church with the horses plummed up with white and black feathers and a little chap driving with the proper livery.

I'm getting quite carried away with this wedding - I'm thinking of the Reception now.

I'm with Hazel here Charley... it all sounds amazing.

It is your wedding, and you have what you want.
Your black and ivory with red flowers sound really classy... you keep it.
Have a lovely wedding day.

First, I'd like to point out that Angie M came up with the blood red roses idea, I was agreeing with her on the colour. Btw Hayley had a point about the bridesmaids colouring too.

Charley you say you have the website and style number. Any chance you could tell us and we can have a nosey lol

Edit: you already have lol

i have to be honest black full colour for one dress sounds a bit oppressive,
its nice as a dress but for a wedding, will black suit the colour of the bridesmaids as in is she blonde brunette, i know i cant wear black myself,
it may also take away the shine from you, because people maybe attracted to that unusual colour and not looking at you , dont have that love

but your dress sounds lovely with the black detail,
its your choice charley
maybe a compremise will be met, i hope so, dont let it ruin your day
youll look lovely

Well I have recently seen photo's of a similar colour scheme for a wedding, and it was absolutely stunning.

You could add colour either with the flowers (I'd keep to ivory myself, lol with little black glittery beads threaded through.... or satin or something to accentuate the theme)

Then have colour added to the table.... ie in the bags the favours are in. or on rose petals/ similar scattered around the place settings and in the table arrangements.

But go with what you truly want..... please don't be swayed by other people.... you will regret it.

Love

PS... Grooms wear what they are told to wear ;¬))... that is traditional, lol..... and don't you dare show him YOUR dress, pick something that shows the effect, but not your dress.... that is meant to be a surprise, and he will love you in it! Promise.

with regards the flowers Charlotte what sort of hair colouring is your Brides maid with the black dress if she has dark hair then I agree with Julie if she is fair than white flowers
