Ann had my side splitting with her antics especially her postcard and waving me off with her hankie lol

Daff just as mad as she is on here a a great double act with Ann

Daff caught the waiter in the dragonfly's attention I noticed he didnt say by to us but had a chat with Daff the floozy lol

Ok who did I meet and what were my first impressions:

Tina I have met before and she was much the same. Well dressed, polite and gracious softly spoken and appeared to enjoy herself.

Daff, mad as a box of frogs!! Younger than I had imagined ooh Ill get in trouble for that. I think I mixed her up with someone else I had seen a photo of, very kind and caring and a what you see is what you get kind of person, but if you get it you get it in spades :)

Ann of Green Gables. Very smart, well represented and not in the least bit shy. If you can imagine Joanna Lumley crossed with Joan Rivers that sums up Ann's smart well dressed appearance with a wicked sence of humour.

Claire from Wales - a total scream - reminds me of a much younger version of my fathers wife. A busy person but not a busy body - takes life embraces it and chucks out the bad bits, too busy enjoying the fun bits. Spontanious and has strength of charactor thats to be admired.

Jax - A Fun happy go lucky person that cares deeply for her family. Comfortable in herself and totally nuts to spend more time travelling than she did meeting us all, but it was a pleasure to meet her.

Did I miss anyone?

Oh Ron - A very freindly and genuine person his stall was great and if I wasnt so overwhelmed by everything and one else I think I would have spent longer at it. I meant to buy one of his sets of rules - Ill have to go to his website to get it.

I think I saw his wife or a lady that was very busy on his stall and about but I didnt get a chance to say hello.

PS His stuff was better quality and value for money than some selling similar but no one had the fantastic wall chart he had up and he hasnt even paid me to say that lol.

All in all I enjoyed the day - Tina and I didnt sneak off and find a place to play scrabble (which was in the boot of my car as plan b if it was a nightmare).

Thank you everyone for making my day so different and enjoyable.

Jax, glad you got home safely - Daff and I didn't cry for long on the platform after your train pulled out. Enjoy your pork chop hun!!!

Sorry folks, I had just started posted when the phone rang to say Dad was having chest pains.

To cut a long story short, I've spent my entire evening at the hospital but at least he's seen the doctor who thinks it's just a pulled muscle.

Dad's Ok now thanks but he gave us all a scare as he had such bad chest pains. He's frail at the best of times so we do get a regular little trip to the local hospitals.

Only one pic I took was any good Ann and Claire. The one I took of Tina was not a good pic damn shame on digitals you can loose a great photon in those few seconds they take to work.

I also have one of the back of Jax , Daffs head and a car park. destined for the delate button I think.
