	Today I made a vegetable soup......cut up celery, red onions, red peppers, cauli, broccoli and fryed it off, then put it in a pan with chicken stock and simmered for half and hour, added a pot of low fat fromage frais and simmered a bit more.......when it was ready and tasted great..... ......I put the colander in the sink, emptied the pot, and all my soup went down the drain.....
