But there are so many,PCB , fighting for so many as seen as injustic's....its a wide spectrum used label for so many things,,


but agree..the blame net is a wide one,

So many people sit smugly and blame everything on somebody else.

Until we all take responsibilty for ourselves and work together to try and make our little bit of the world a better place, nothing will get any better.

Kay, I just think the use of expressions like "the PC Brigade" is lazy. People don't bother to think or to find out what is behind situations because they can just read their tabloid and blame everything on this unknown baddy of society.

Not disagreeing with any of what you say, Maggie but how much of those actually down to what is termed political correctness? Aren't they more to do with 'Nanny State'/'Big Brother'?

Why?
Thatcher - 'There is no such thing as society' - then starts to turn one worker against another, closes down the mines & shipyards, thereby destroying whole communities.

Blair - closing Post offices, thereby making sure small local shops can't exist.
Banning smoking in ALL pubs, whether the landlord/mamager/owner wanted this or not, thereby ensuring the demise of the pub.
SATS - ensuring our children aren't given a proper education, just an ability to do tests and destroying any fun they may have had in learning.
CCTV and speed cameras - we all know speed cameras help to stop certain planks from driving too fast, but we also know sme of them are faulty - and the government seeps to back up councils in allowing this theft to go on.
It's not good being the most watched society in the world - whatever happened to privacy?

I could go on, but definitely various governments and their interfereing in people's lives.
