	Hi Uggers Yes i think i would , we are being dominated by rules and regulations spewing out of this haven for "Has Been" politicians, particularly of the left side

	Hi Uggers, "Not disagreeing with any of what you say, Maggie but how much of those actually down to what is termed political correctness? Aren't they more to do with 'Nanny State'/'Big Brother'?" The thread is titled 'PC brigade, but then you asked who we would blame for the ills of society!! The two are totally different! I suppose the first PC brigader to come to public notice was Mary Whitehouse. all she did was moan about various plays, TV shows etc - hardly a cause of the ills of society - in her mind she was trying to stop them!! Also, in all honesty, hasn't it now become politically / socially incorrect to smoke? Yet this was instigated by the government. maggie
