I little understanding might not go amiss as a mother with 2 children with Autisum did you stop to think there might have been another reason and not just the child being a brat as you so kindly put it .

thank you Carol,
I thought that this thread would get people talking, but maybe it is a contraversial subject I was hoping to get some sort of debate going here.

No I am not a cold hearted child hater but I would just like parents to take responsibility for thier offspring.

I don't like to see misbehaved children in public but I think you are being harsh to say people like this shouldn't have children. Not for us to be so judgmental.

Hi Pablo
Bet the woman would have love to have left her children at home
I Can't stand kids running around screaming
But hey had 2 kids myself

Has this ever happened to you?

Was in a local supermarket yeaterday pm when all of a sudden a family (mother + 2 kids (13-15yrs) + 1 child approx 4-5) arrived at the check out.

The little 1 started screaming and shouting cos it wanted something and was told by mother to put it back. Child refused threw it onto floor and started running around shop screaming its head off.

At this point older kids started running around after aforementiond Brat also screaming and shouting at it and each other totally disrupting everybody else in shop.

What did mother do ................ Absolutley bugger all just went on to pay for stuff and left the shop.

This sort of behaviour really annoys me if parents cannot control thier kids when out shopping then they should leave them at home and let us decent folk get on with our lives.

People like this should not be allowed to have kids.
When I was younger and if I misbehaved like that then I was assured of a good hiding, not when I got home but there and then and was then dregged out of the shop by parents.

This is only my opinion so what are your thoughts on the matter.
