	I think both boards have their place. The Chat board currently has 4 threads of over 1000 posts... people chatting about all sorts and generally enjoying small talk and catching up on various subjects. The old style chat was great but the new style can and has been recreated for more people to enjoy the interaction. Would these kind of threads be suitable on The General Board where topics and questions move faster and don't necessarily stay at the top for long? I think both boards are just fine.
