	Ouch, poor you hun. Have they got one of those foot massagers anywhere, they help. I love going to the Craft and Knitting Fair at Alexandra Palace but again, my feet! Strange isn't it, when young could wear Stiletto type shoes all day, all night, no probs and now - swollen, aching feet.

	Got into bed awkwardly, right hand should have been flat and wasn't, ooh it hurts! Tell me about it, used to be at Boat Show every Jan, good fun but oh my word, my feet! Used to wear hush puppies to travel to and from but high heels during the day!

	why hands hurt?? u ok?? Been at olympia thurs, fri, sat...at this moment i am wishing it was only on for 2 days and i didnt have to go again pmsl....my feet are throbbing lol
