When you think of going to see a Medium it might be worth remembering, What they claim to do is a gift and not really to be used for self gain ie making money.

the last spirit I encountered was called jane

I am not a medium by far but

I was is a pub doing a delivery when every thing change
all the surounding became diferent old like this young woman spoke to me her name was jane ?
when the land lord spoke to me he explained thats how the tavern used to be how i discribed it to him and jane was a young girl died there

Eldrick they are like any other profetion like decorators, you get some that are worth more then gold it's self, and some that are just cowboys. lol

I have been to one "open meeting" and was not impressed at all....I have yet to visit my local spiritualist church...I prefer one to one x

And no one, mediums or whoever, seem able to answer some very basic questions which surely should be fundamental to a belief in the spirit world.

google what? Spiritualism? I have, but it doesnt get a very good press to be honest.

A mediem is nothing like what you see in the films. He/she are if you like a bit like a radio, And tunes into the Spirit world and communicates between here and there. The Medium need not know anything about you if thats what you prefer. The thing is if you go to a medium don't exspect to have answers to questions you might have in mind. Listen to what your told, Make notes on paper if you wish, If your not sure of something you might ask the medium while your there or maybe after it's all done ask a friend or family member. Remember it's not the mediums job to decode or understand the message, thats for the person the message is for to do. Lastly go with an open mind and belive that in this world anything is possable.

I would be tempted, but I want to know the answers to some questions before I went, and I cant find those answers anywhere.

the one iv seen often yes has given names first and somtimes second
he will tell you who they are ie nana aunt etc
and then he will tell you about them or say they said.......and whatever they say lol

and he is very accurate he told me things about my grandad i nvr new till i came home n asked mam and she verified things

so what do they say? As in, what information do you get....?

no twinks your right im sorry when i used to go to the open circle t the local centre they just stood in the middle of the room and spoke but that was a group one

one to one mine have always used somehting be it ruins tarot or crystals sometimes all 3 lol

mine is very precise with names...usually surnames....and sometimes they do give you a "message" but not always x

so do they say who it is or is it dead vague?

Like do they tell you 'I have your grandad Joe here?'
and then pass a message over?

the first time we went to our spiritualist church they
dindn`t know me from adam but the speeker of the night new more than I coud have told anyone about my father and my thoughts and a certain thing I used to do when talking to my past on father.

they also told me I had three gardians around me all the time I know these and whom they are .
we all have the gateway with in us but many are closed by our minds which are in denial to such things.

iv never been to a medium who has done that lol
they use the cards to tell you whats goign on and then whist they reading the spirits come thro but its never been anything like in the films were the passed person possesses the medium lol they say oh i got so n so here and he/she said

mine doesn't use cards...just talks....and like stray says you never tell them anything...but you do have to go in with an open mind x

tarot cards? I always thought that was a separate thing.

I sort of imagined them going into a trance and passing messages over fgrom the other side

then they start talkign you listen and only answer yes or no i nveer go into details or ask questions i let them do there things and onlly answer with yes or no
