but dont you need to shave to use aftershave?

I've still got some of my grans scent - would it not be OK to just use that do u think? I often put a little bit on when I sit in her rocking chair in the attic.

Eldrick hun, she should accept you for who you are, not what you look like!

You could always get a black pen, join the arrows to the gravy stains, start a new trend;
floppy straw hat instead of wooly one which might be too hot this time of year.

Got some pink baffies (slippers), not sure they'd fit you though, only size 3 - new, not used by way!

well i think that would be and ideal outfit then i take it you will be wearing platforms? and also go easy on the aftershave too much and you will choke her unless your planning on going au-naturel...

~~~afternoon twinks xx
Eldrick
Eldrick Report 3 May 2008 16:42
they are jeans with flares I put in myself with some bits of tartan car rug I had lying around.
FUZZY BEAR
FUZZY BEAR Report 3 May 2008 16:41
eldrick i think you should go in what you feel most comfortable in so if that is flares...so be it...what colour are they btw?
If it's a blind one hunny, who cares?
A baseball cap might be a suitable substitute for the woolly hat if you MUST change your appearance. Just go as you are. :o)))
Eldrick Report 3 May 2008 16:37
I’ve got a blind date tomorrow afternoon. We are meeting in a little country pub called the Frog and Nightgown. It’s been years since I had a date and I’ve never had a blind one.
I am a little bit worried ‘cos I’m not sure what to wear. I mean, normally I just wear my denim dungarees and a woolly hat, but I think I should make a bit more of an effort.
What should I wear then? I have a suit but the arrows on it are a little faded and the gravy stains down the front have gone a funny colour. Are flares still OK? I’m really nervous about this, so any help will be greatly appreciated.
