The hip is fine, the only bit that hasn't gone stiff LOL Only my knees are a bit stiff now, apparently I have muscles each side of them I didn't know I had. The little toes are a bit sore where they rubbed, but they didn't blister, and my ankles ache a little. Apart from that I really do feel great, if a little tired.
