I am sure there are support groups for people who have had heart attacks for the very reason that everybody is nervous after one. maybe your surgery can help with counselling.

take it easy, do as you have been told and get better soon.

Hi Honey's I'm home ~~~~~

Firstly let me thank you all for your positive thought and best wishes, they really did make a difference,a big {{{{{{{{ hug }}}}}}} to you all.xxx

Down to the nitty gritty,I'm on the sofa with my feet up,not allowed to do anything for quite a while,my husband Aled has been a rock,i don't think i would have got this far without him (here we go again, tears!)

It was a rather large Heart attack but the damaged is at the bottom, which is suppose to be the best place.I have to go back for many tests over the following weeks.
Although it came out of the blue,it wasn't totally unexpected on my side,My dad died aged 39 and my mother was 62 both from Heart Attacks.
The Hospital has advised us to tell the Children to go and have cholesterol test.

I was so glad to get home but we are now both a bit tense, the slightest little twinge starts us worrying,i fell asleep on the sofa and Aled said that i went into that shallow breathing stage,he was about to get up and wake me when i started snoring, he said he has never been so happy to hear me snore in his life.....lol

My Tea is ready, catch up with you all soon,
Thank you all once again.xxx

Fay should be coming out of hospital tomorrow. I took all of your messages in for her to read, and it cheered her up quite a bit. When she gets back on her laptop, I am sure she will thank you all. She has got to take it really easy for a while, and so a nice relaxing session on Genes Reunited is probably what the doctor ordered. Thank you again for all of your messages.
