Mrs. Blue Eyes

Mrs. Blue Eyes Report 12 Apr 2008 19:17

I had twins too early the lad was born dead and I felt sad I didn't get to know him.

I had a dream I was shown into a room, and was told we have someone who wants to meet you.
There was a little dark haired boy with trousers and a vest on.
I knew instantly that it my son, they said he's been ill but he's better now.
The little lad was looking at me solemmly with big brown eyes, they said don't you want to hold him.
I said yes but I don't want to frighten him, they smiled and said, he knows your his mother he's not frightened,
I bent down to cuddle him and his little bare arms came around my neck and hugged me back, I picked him up held him close and kissed him.

I could feel his skin on me, his weight and his face when I kissed him. There was such a feeling of love, I could feel his as well as mine.

When I woke up I was crying, but it wasn't sad tears more like cleansing happy tears.

my dad died when i was 10 i had no idea he was ill, i did not have any thoughts on death or life after it, i woke in the night with a start to find him standing at the foot of my bed, as i screamed thinking i was in fact having a bad dream he passed on through my bedroom, i ran into my parents room and he had just that moment died, i now feel he is always with me. i dont usually tell anyone this incase they think im mad but reading all these messages here make me believe more in what i experienced

12 years ago my nan and grandad passed away a week a part from each other then a week later i gave birth to a beautiful daughter i always blamed myself that they never got to see my daughter but about a few weeks later i had a dream where my nan came in to it saying you think we dont know about you having a girl but we do know. she hugged me was thrilled and happy and then disappeared i know it seams strange and some may say it may be your mind of matter. But i believe she came to me because i felt her warmth. it felt like a big weight off my shoulders. my daugher was born on my mum and dads anniversary and we all ways say that it was meant to be.

Not sure

My mother died in a hospice. We visited her and she was stable but as soon as we got home she passed away. She was 60 and my youngest was 6 months old. I wanted to speak to her again and tell her that we would be okay. She was our rock. My father died pacefully with my sister & myself both there.
I have never experienced any of these events that other people have mentioned and neither has my sister.

However my husband swore blind he saw his grandma at the bottom of his bed the day after she died.

Perhaps it's all to do with how sensitive we are

Oh Blue eyes, that was such a beautiful image to me.
Such a comfort isn't it?

My mum was also dressed as she would have been had she been well.
A lovely sight it was too.

I wasn't very close to my Dad and he died by falling down the stairs after having some kind of brain hemerage.
My mum and Dad had split up when i was little. Anyway when my dad was in Hospital in a coma my mum was coming home one night and as she walked up to her door she saw a man in her living room waving at the window and she thought it was her partner but when she got in the house there was nobody there, she reacons it was my dad before he died, (an outer body expierience).
Anyone else had that expierience.
She also reacons that she saw her mum after she died too.

Deanna,
That was so beautiful.

When my father in law died, I too was in that not awake not asleep place, when I saw him dressed in jacket and cap, (welsh wear) walking up the mountain he loved in Wales he reached a small brook and walking down towards him was a girl and boy (I had twins that died) they smiled and held out their hands he stepped over the brook and took them they turned and started walking up the mountain together, the mountain top was in silhouette and the beams of the sun were shining over, they turned and smiled me then continued up and over the top together.

The feeling was so lovely and peaceful.

I believe when we sleep the barrier between is even thinner and those gone before can visit,

McBrian.... I had such an experience after my mother died.

She died an horrific death and it stayed with us for a long time.

One night when I was (I believe ) in that *just dropping off *stage, I saw her and a lot of other people all walking up a slight incline.
The sun was shinning and they were all laughing and chatting. they were dressed in their best, some only had white robes. As she got hear the top, my mum turned around and waved to me. The smile on her face let me know that she was fine now.

That can be a stupid as anyone wants it to be.... but to me it was so much help.

I have always believed in a life here after, and I don't know why.

No I don't believe in life after death which is why I try and enjoy every moment on this earth...If I believed there was someplace to go after death, I might get a bit too complacent! The only time I had to lay my beliefs aside was when my beautiful ten year old nephew died. The day after his funeral his mother asked me the same question. Did I believe in life after death. Well I lied through my teeth because that is what she desperately wanted to hear, that she would see him again.

Of course, like everyone, I am always open to changing my mind, and I too would be so happy to meet the people I have loved, in another life. Who wouldn't?

BC XX Lovely thread, by the way:-)
