I have done the email to Judy and the deputy head. I am just waiting for the photos to upload.

I will c+p the email I sent into here so you can all read it.

ok here it is:

Dear Judy,

I am writing on behalf of myself and my friend Kitty and our fellow website members to say Thank You for inviting us to visit the farm and for giving us your time to show and tell us about them.

We both thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon and as you will see have taken a good number of pictures which we are sharing with our friends on GenesReunited where we found out, via another member whose husband Andy (edited out surname for website security reasons) (computer engineer) works at your site, about the webcam. We noted that the sheep who we were particularly viewing who was due to give birth did so shortly after we left and we hope that the family are all well. Did Adrian name them after us as suggested?

We would also ask if you could pass on our thanks again to Amy (who showed me the small animal unit), Val who works in the kitchen who made us tea and coffee, the other Andy who was there on Saturday and of course Adrian who was on duty in the sheep barn. We really appreciated what you and them did for us on this very memorable day.

Mr Bates, we would like to thank you too for responding to each and every email myself and my fellow website members wrote concerning the welfare of the animals we were viewing on the webcam. We are grateful that you and Judy have looked into these issues and have spoken to the people concerned.

Thank you all once again. We look forward to seeing you at the Open Day which you are having later in the year.

Yours sincerely

Fiona (put surname on letter but edited this bit for web safety) aka Fi from Genes Reunited website

Thank you for the letter that you wrote to the College on behalf of us that have been watching the Lambcam. I was one of those that did write in and mention about the treatment of the Lamb.
