Going to the Isle of Man

George what a wonderful cruise. I have seen those cruises around the British Isles - would not mind that myself with OH - although would be concerned he would fall overboard would have to tether him to something ! LOL

OH and I will (hopefully) be celebrating our Silver anniversary in 3 years time so that would be an ideal time to go. Something special.

I did Hawaii to Heathrow with a 2 hour stop in LA took 26 hours door to door

I did a Heathrow to Bangkok flight in one go - much better than stopping/changing in my opinion - it took 12 hours.

Yes the flight to Thailand was 17 hrs via Dubai.

I should think though Colin is right - we do share a birthday so that's probably why we think the same :-)

We booked three short breaks last year...........all well in advance.

Then my husband got ill and we only had one of them.........................this year will be hit and miss as he has to have another operation in the next few weeks, so I'm booking nothing!

Hopefully we can go away late summertime.................probably Hampshire or Dorest.

I dont understand that Penny - in fact I am a bit concerned - if its for sale what is happening to the holidays that have been booked and paid for? I know you dont know the answers but just speaking out loud. I will be making enquiries about this.
