Yes,Posted a couple of times but he was born in Ireland,1931,so there not a lot of info about,

BC said that she is going to Dublin soon and will see if she can find anything.

Fay, you should have access to internet phonebook,
try search there.That's how I found cousins I knew I had but had never met, that's also how I found half brother I had not seen since 1970, found him last year.

Southern Ireland is a blank, half my lot are from there, and I havent found one of them! not even my mam! The Docs,. idea sounds good though?

Yes, they do charge a small fee but worth it when there is a find, they take all the details, and when asking question they are careful not to upset the party being looked for, there are several community depts that will help as well.

Dr,we have Salvation Army charity shop,
and have found out that he was in the royal tank regiment,so i am hoping to send for his records,to see if that will tell me where he was born but when he joined up he was living in England not Ireland.
