Well I have come to the conclusion that I am not supposed to ever see a lamb being born. I have been watching LambCam for 3 days - I have even forgotten how long I have been watching - the minutes hours and days have rolled into one LOL.

So am not watching any more. I am now going into a major sulk! LOL

A tell tale sign of labour will be the ewe raising its head and 'sniffing'... it might be a few hours after when it finally produces though lol

Hilary Report 12 Mar 2008 20:47

The one I saw being born, on Monday, the sheep laid on her side waving her leg about, then stood up & gave birth. So watch for the waving of legs.
Hilary.:-)))))

i think the one bottom right................who's head is out of shot might be doing something, her belly keeps heaving..............unless she's got hiccups or a very active baby! :))
