yes I always convince myself that I wont be able to do something but I know I'm not stupid so must be a lack of confidence. |

Now there's a thing... I used to be painfully shy so then I'd have described myself as an introvert I suppose. Then there was a stage when I realised I had to do something about this when I still didn't have much confidence but wanted to look like I did, so then I did some daft things that probably made me look pretty extrovert (uni years mainly). As time's gone on and what I look like to other people no longer matters to me so much I think I have aspects of both. I'm not remotely shy any more, but although I can do it when it really matters I still have difficulty saying no to people and will still find myself jumping through hoops to try to ensure EVERYONE around me is happy and trying not to upset or irritate anyone. I mostly find myself doing this when I'm faced with a situation where it's impossible to please everyone and I'm going to have to make a choice I don't want to have to make, so I may waste ages prevaricating and trying to find a way through which can actually make it worse in the end once I do finally have to let someone's hopes down when I've been keeping them raised. |

of being about 5 and being in our front street, feeling sad for some reason.Next thing I was being lifted up in the air and sort of carried right to the bottom of the street.........There was no-one there and to this day I don't know how it happened but I do remember feeling all happy and giggling. |

When I was a child I used to have a sensation of floating above my body, but it usually happened if I was dozing off to sleep or daydreaming. It doesn't happen now though in the same situations. Not that I get much chance to daydream these days. |

one thing was the rag and bone man who came round with his horse and cart and in exchange for a few rags used to offer either clothes pegs, enamel dishes, balloons, windmills etc.I remember once getting a little plastic monkey on a stick.Todays scrap men are definitely not the same lol. |

yes and no.There are some things I hang on to as they remind me of the people they once belonged to but I am not a hoarder like some friends of mine.I am soppy and get emotional easily over stories of peoples trials and triumphs. |

Now don't start me off. Just checked and my daughter's flight with her boyfriend to Delhi just took off after OH took them to the airport. I couldn't go as they've been caught up in the delays. Should have left last Friday so we had them here for an extra week, but I had to go back to work today and leave them here making last minute preparations all over again before he whisked them away. |

Not so far but I think we will go to bro in law's place in Brittany some time this year. Not been there for a few years. Other than that we will stick to UK, only because we went back to St Ives last year which was where we honeymooned and a friend got married in the Rame Peninsula earlier this year. Loved both so we want to go back. Over the past couple of years we have been lucky to have a couple of big overseas hiking expeditions for our holidays and we feel like doing some simpler things this year including getting round for some short breaks to some of our family history areas so we'll be spreading our break times around a bit more this year. |

We do a mixture depending on circumstance. When the kids were little we used to Eurocamp, then as they got bigger we've self catered. Sometimes we've found hotel offers that make it just as cheap to do that, or for special birthdays for instance we've treated ourselves. |

I'm afraid I don't have a fav, although I've been to Euro Disney and have seen some of the films and read the books to the children when they were young. |
