Blue Moon - comfortably Libra

Libra and Cancer....its an odd one....both of you are "people" people, but for very different reasons. Libra wants companionship, Cancer wants someone to care for. So it works okay until Libra (Air sign, a communcator) spends time with friends - we've seen this theme with other Air signs (Gemini, Aquarius) this morning. Cancerians are known for wanting bouts of solitude to analyse their emotions - to the rest of the world that's sulking! You need to know that when Cancer sulks it's not necessarily cos you've upset him!

Your Aqua will definately get on with you and your Virgo with your OH. Dunno how old your kids are but Aqua was probs the thinker at school and Virgo the maker. Aqua kids love science and maths, Virgos love crafts.

Hell Nicky & Steve, my hubby and me are both Aquarians. I was told that the 2 should never marry each other! What do you think?

Nicky 'n' Steve

Nicky 'n' Steve Report 9 Mar 2008 15:09

Maggy I would disagree with that. Aquarius is a sign that craves personal freedom, there is a lower proportion of married Aquarians than of any other sign. In a relationship, typical Aqua needs to know that he or she can escape the close heavy emotional ties of their partner from time to time to be alone or with friends. Who better to understand this need than a fellow Aquarian?!!!!

Thanks for that Steve. We've had our arguments over the years, but are still together after 30 years. In some ways we are alike, but in some ways total opposites!

Hiya

Tina

March 22 is definately Aries :-) It's the moment of birth itself that matters to astrologers - there are some theories about the moment of conception but it's usually pretty hard to pinpoint exactly!!! There are also theories about interrupting the natural order of things by inducing or caesarians - but birth time it is.....

Aries and Taurus is another odd one....there are some comments earlier on this thread about Taurean stability and patience, but its that very stability that can produce subbornness, the Bull's worst trait. Aries people are usually very impulsive, not ones for long, drawn-out decision-making processes, just DO something!!!

If you can persuade your Taurean to act at the right time, and he can curb some of your more dangerous risk-taking moments, this can be a useful partnership. Don't moan at him for not being spontaneous, its just his way....!

Hi Steve

I am a Scorpio and OH is a Cancer, our son is an Aries. I was always told that Scorpio and Cancer are a good match.

Aries and Leo are both Fire signs, a very good match :-)

You both have a flair for self-expression and a real feelgood factor around you, all bright and bubbly, thats the fire sign way :-)

Aries can be a little bit selfish - there's nothing malicious about it, you just think of how things will affect you first - but your Leo is such a generous bloke you don't need to be selfish, thats the root of the success here. Leo might disapprove of your more risky ideas, but as long as you love him and the whole world knows about it, this one is really good :-) Leos are also traditionally said to make excellent fathers.

Scorp and Cancer is another good one - you are both Water signs. Emotions are the most important things to the Water signs.

Scorps are usually very cautious when it comes to revealing their emotions. They are afraid that someone might use that info to their advantage and betray them. Cancerians are very cautious when it comes to revealing their emotions. They are afraid of being hurt. Subtle difference.

When a Scorp joins with a Cancer, its because each has recognised that the other won't hurt them. For as long as there is trust, there is a rock solid relationship. You both see children as someone to look after (you'd think everyone would, but Fire signs see a child as someone to play with, and Air signs someone to talk to!)

Which is where the problems come in.....a reckless, selfish, irresponsible Aries could well be a nightmare teenager! You have to allow Aries to make their own mistakes, and Aries must realise that you only try and smother because you care.

sorry Caz :-)

I'm surprised a Virgo mum clashes with a virgo child! I suppose you're both perfectionists - and if you have a different idea of what constitutes perfection there will be problems lol! But usually easy for two Virgos to iron out differences.

The biggest prob between Virgo and Sagi is that Virgo is practical and Sagi's a dreamer. You just want Sagi to stop fantasising and live in the real world. Sagis like to fly the nest at the earliest opportunity and travel the world - if not literally then buy studing foreign places and cutures.

Virgo and Gemini share mercury as a ruling planet. Although you're Earth and he's Air, and he might find you a bit fussy, there is certainly an ease of communication there

Virgo and Pisces are opposite signs. There are similar problems to the Sagi's in that Pisceans can be even more in a dream world! But you're both good at looking after people.....your help is practical in nature, while Pisces is emotional.

Virgo and Cancer is a nice one. I'm not surprised it works well. Cancer's urge to provide emotional support can be a great help to you in tough times, whilst you can return the favour by suggesting practical ways to solve emotional messes

I'm genuinely puzzled! a bit of harmless astrological compatibility shouldnt cause offence....should it?

Ginnie

3 for the price of one haha i ike ur style :-)

I'm a Gemini and my ex wife is a Scorp.....but I'll try and be objective lol

Typical Gem is far too flirty for a Scorpio that loves to ferret out secrets and has an unfortunate habit of jealousy. There is a shared love of finding things out - but Gemini is curious just for the sake of it, whilst Scorp wants to remember the info in case it can be used in the future!

As with another Air-Water combination I did earlier, Air(Gemini) loves the company of friends a little too much for Water(Scorp) to take. Scorp must learn to trust, and Gem must scale back the flirting for this one to succeed :-)

Libra is another Air sign, so works very well with Gemini. These two signs will talk forever, by whatever means possible.....phone, internet, even snail mail if necessary! Libra can have issues with Gem's changeability - Gems change their mind more often than their undies and Libra has a big sense of fairness and justice - but once Libra realises that yes, Gem's mind really does work that quick, there's no malice...then this really can work, and well :-)

Two Librans together - the principal problem is indecisiveness.....the Libran need to be fair means they have to consider everything when making a decision, in case they treat someone unfairly or upset someone....but aside from this, yeah, another excellent one :-)
