I think the golf club is an ideal venue for this meet,as there is plenty of parking, and it is light and airy and right on the promenade,
I will be pleased to p.m anyone my address so that I can take a deposit to book, when we have all decided what we would like i:e buffet or sit down dinner.
I can recommend the food there.
It is a hotel now as well as a golf club, and very friendly.
