And as for brilliant command of the english language-well, we are living in the 21st centuary-I have this wonderful image in my head of Robin of Loxley in the Supermarket ordering over the deli speaking in shakespearian english-the girls must find it so amusing-does he do the sonnets too? Or is it something that he just keeps for the boards?

Good morning all:-) First of all I apologise to Julie that her lovely thread was turned into something else by Robin's nasty comments to me and then I apologise to Hayley for leaving her here to defend me. She was angry, as his comments to me were totally uncalled for and showed a lack of respect towards a senior citizen, which I am. The fact that in real life I am as helpless as a piranha fish is neither here nor there. On these boards, I have always tried to be kind. The same cannot be said for Robin and as to his command of the English language, Jeannette, surely it is not the fancy words but the content, which are important? Well I think so. There, just wanted to put things straight this morning, as it left a nasty taste in mouth last night. BC XX

Julie, I commend your attitude, don't leave things too long tho. I took the same attitude altho I would have liked another child, I daren't risk making another wrong choice, and time went by. When I did succumb to the 'charms' of a man, I made a huge error, probably out of desperation, or trying to escape from the trials of a teenage son, and am living to regret it now. Hope you can find the happy medium.

I never got proposed to by the ones I would have said yes to, and the ones who proposed were not my cup of tea. I even got a call from the indignant mother of one chap, now dead, him and his mum, rest their souls, asking why her son wasn't good enough for me to accept his proposal lol

No he isnt he is a bully always has been and always will be full of cooking sherry mind....spoils peoples threads accusing them of being people they are not but he is that drunk he can't read the post properly. Sends vile pm 's making smutting innuendoes. Then accusing me of being a liar and a cheat then the day after when he sobers up he sends pm after pm begging forgiveness, Prince charming he will never be.
