ok we need to get rid of Files Secure then
The instructions, although easy if you follow them to the letter, are quite long winded and this can be quite a long process. Do you want to do it tonight - I am aware that it is Valentine's Day and Speccy may also want to do it tonight (please don't be offended).

If you know how to, please go to Add/Remove Programmes (in Control Panel) and see if Files Secure is listed there

If you know how to do a hard drive search look for grmrotqn
I don't mean a virus scan/search I mean a search from your Start menu if that makes sense
