	Sharm...I did too for the first couple of years after my mum died...always woke up distressed but it did pass... Stella..you probably do dream...just don't remember it lol xx

	Sharm.....my Mum passed away in 2006 as well......I miss her very much....she was my best friend. I've seen her a couple of times in my dreams and have awoken feeling rather happy. I miss her more as the days pass though....it isn't easy is it. Chin up............Amanda xx

	Hello Prince....nice to see you back :) I think the trick with dreams is to be able to go back to sleep once you have woken up. I haven't had a lucid in dream in years I used to love those ones.......lol

	A lucid dream is one in which the dreamer realises it is a dream and to some extent can make situations happen it's only a dream so I can fly .....that sort of thing Prince..........lol
