	Let's think 1969........................I was a teenager and there was a pop festival in a field near us. Not in Ferring, but really near................I was babysitting for the farmer and sat in the farmhouse with a 12 bore shotgun, in case anyone came in!! Thank goodness no-one did.....................shudders Mungo Jerry played live and the whole area was filled with a sickly sweet smelling smoke....................probably incense or something :)) There were lots of bikers about too.............my sister...a bit of a wild child ...was locked in her room all weekend while Mum stood guard!! lol xx
