The Floating Brothel was one of the first books that got me thinking about how some of our ancestors arrived in Australia.
I have now come across Thicker Than Water: History, Secrets and Guilt: A Memoir which tells of Angus McMillan who left the Scottish Highlands for Australia, where he is now associated with the massacre of Indigenous Australians.
