Can't open WWI file on ancestry

It tries to open the document, says done and does nothing. Thanks for looking - at least I know it's there now. Chris |

Hi, just went there and checked him and its opening fine for me. What happens when you click on his name? Are you then clicking on the link under the small thumbnail pic of the first page of the record? - where it says View original image? (Dont forget some of these records have lots of pages so click on next to see all of them) |

I've been trying to access the records of a relative on ancestry for a couple of days now (WWI pensions) and it will not open. Can anyone tell me if there is a knack to it or just a problem with my relative?! The relative is William Jesson, Warwick. Thanks Chris |
