hi Lisa yes there are :-)). Oh thanks I have looked and looked till blue in the face. Done well to have got as far as we have. Finding where they died has been a great find. Now as to his occupation !!! Well when he went out there he was a pit man. Talk has it that he wasn't such a good guy after. Rum running!!!! so heaven knows what he did as a proper living. Oh my. There ARE a lot of Musgrave's, aren't there? I will look around tonight. In the meantime, perhaps someone might have more ideas, or be able to find them. PS Do you know his occupation, please? |

Ah thanks Lisa. No we can't find them in 1930 but there is talk of the family being over here on a visit around that time. So they may have been here. Or even Canada has been mentioned. Can't find them going back though. Leah Musgrave nee Leadbetter b 1877 Isle of Man ( she was known to lie about her age) :-)) John W Musgrave b 1876 Cumberland England. they went to USA in 1923. They went to Miami some time in the 1930's according to the orbituaries. Germaine x |

Do you know their dates of birth please and I'm assuming you have their 1930 census record? |

Germaine, have you tried googling every combination of the names and locations? (If you haven't, I'd be happy to try.) I found an 1841 census about my brickwall ancestor that way. I will look a bit now, and will finish looking tonight. |

hi Lisa thanks I think there is only me and my idstant relative in australia interested in these two . Not found anyone else researching them. Looking for a marriage John Musgrave / Leah Leadbetter. They left UK in 1923 single as far as what I have found they were married by 1929. John died in 1941 and Leah 1951 in Miami Germaine x |

Have you tried to google the last names? You probably won't get a marriage record, but there's a slight chance you might find someone who is researching the name. Would you like to add your information here (since it's somewhat recent you may not want to). |

Depends on the state. Each state is like a separate country. Very few are available online. Rose |
