Re Bill(William)MORGAN My mother was engaged to this Canadian soldier stationed in UK during the second world but when he had to go home at the end of the war my grandparents would not let her go with him. Does anyone know how I could find out what happened to him? He may not even be alive now. They kept in touch though the 60's and early 70's and he was still single and living in the Toronto area of Canada as late as mid 70's. After that she lost all trace of him. I have his service number if that might give any clues. Louise King |
