For Terence Michael Raspin and all other adoptee's looking for birth parrents There are ways and means of tracing a birth parent without spending hundreds of pounds. However before you do attempt to try and trace her I suggest that you take a look at the http://www.norcap.org.uk/ website - This is the website of the National Organisation for Counselling Adoptees and Parents They offer help and advice to adoptee's and their birth parents. You have to realise that the birth parents may not want to be contacted although I hope for your husband that his mother does wish to be.
