We do read the boards and I apologise that we haven't been more active in replying to them. We have been pretty busy this month getting the gedcom upload facility working better. Well over a thousand have been successfully loaded now and there is a 95% success rate on the files but there are still some weird varieties that we need to solve. If you have a specific problem then it is better to email us through the Contact Us page, these boards are meant as a self help amongst members. We are going to change them into topics and threads sometime in the future so answers to specific questions become easier to read. |
