Does anyone have any information on how to go about finding Military details.I have traced my great Granfather who was in WW1,through the Commonwealth War Graves Comm. I also have the original papers from his army days, but he was of on age when he could of enlisted in the Boer War so I am after finding out soldiers names who were in it. Also my mother's cousin ws a Grenedier gaurd in the 60's at Buckingham palace, he is currently buried in the Royal chapel at Sandhurst and I am trying to trace details of him. His name is Raymond Barnes. Please e-mail me if anyone can help with military records. Thanks. Catherine Butterworth (Nee Brown). |
