Member Since: January 2003 Posts: 5 Send Message	Jill - unfortunately certificates have to be purchased to access the information on it. Scotland used to have a different system where the data could be seen without paying for a certificate, though a hourly/daily fee was charged for searching - but I'm not sure if that is still the case.
