	Is anyone else having trouble over the last few days with the system adding in a duplicate record for the last record you entered? I thought at first it was just me not being careful, but it seems to be happening on a regular basis now, and I have to keep double-checking to see if it happens, and then delete that record if it does happen, and re-enter the details. Very strange.
