	Debra There is a Matilda Houghton, aged 70, on the 1901 census, living in Southampton, born in Bitterne, Hants. Would she be your GGGrandmother? If so, it tallies with her age in 1881. I must say, I have found quite a few anomalies on the census returns, particularly with my ancestors' ages.
